Justin Johnson co-founded Strike Concrete & Construction in 2016 with Jason Franks. Justin is a highly experienced professional in the field of residential/multi-family construction operations. He has been involved in the industry for over 25 years. Together with Jason Franks, a seasoned executive, they have established a successful concrete construction service company.
Before co-founding Strike, Justin served as the Vice President for Tegrity Homes since its inception in 2009. In this role, he played a crucial part in managing construction operations in the Greater Houston Area. His dedication to excellence and commitment to the organization made him an invaluable asset.
Prior to his time at Tegrity Homes, Mr. Johnson worked at Centex Homes for 9 years, where he refined his skills in production homebuilding. As the Area Construction Manager, he demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities by overseeing the construction of over 4500 homes.
Justin's journey in the construction industry began after he completed his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. His educational background, combined with his leadership capabilities and professional experience, has shaped him into the accomplished professional he is today.
Jason Franks co-founded Strike Concrete & Construction in January 2016 with Justin Johnson, bringing his 20+ years of executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience to the company. Jason combines this with 15 years experience in residential construction & construction management services. Prior to starting Strike Concrete in 2016, Jason previously founded Tegrity Homes in 2009 with a team of experienced construction professionals and was integral in the subsequent acquisition of Cambridge Homes in the DFW area. Originally focused on the finance, accounting and support functions for both Tegrity Homes and Cambridge Homes, Jason assumed operational responsibility for the government housing programs in January 2012, improving the construction quality, cycle-times and overall operational excellence.
Leveraging the continued success of Tegrity Homes as a top performer in the disaster recovery housing programs administered in the State of Texas, Jason has brought this experience to Strike Concrete to combine with Justin's 25 years of experience building homes and multi-family residences throughout Texas. Jason began his career with Deloitte in Houston, TX performing audit services and process control assessments, moving on to then lead the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts for FedEx Office. Jason then transitioned to Dr Pepper Bottling Company of Texas to establish their internal audit department before combining these efforts with a transformation of the audit functions for Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages and Cadbury Schweppes Americas Confectionery. Jason is a Certified Public Accountant (Texas - inactive) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Master of Science in Management Information Systems, both from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
